We’re looking for a UX Designer who can create beautiful and effective user experiences—focusing on capturing the essential operational workflows in easy to use solutions.

What you'll do:

Design user flows and the high-impact core screens, the central point of the application
Move from discovery & low-fi prototypes to mid-fi clickable prototypes, collaborating closely with development to realize in a short cycle from concept to product
Run usability tests and iterate based on real user data
Collaborate closely with customers and developers to validate designs and implement quickly

3+ years’ experience in UX/software design; portfolio with examples where you’ve defined the crucial screens of a product

Strong in interaction design and prototyping (Figma or equivalent) and able to hand off to development cleanly
Pragmatic mindset - simplify and extract the essence
University level education (for example TU/e Industrial Design)
Experience working remotely/hybrid and with design systems is a plus
Some front end development experience (JavaScript/React) is a plus
Interested in A.I. and new technologies, not dependent on A.I.
You must already hold a valid working permit for employment in the Netherlands

Fullstack Developer

At CY we’re building the operating system for businesses. As a Medior or Senior Full-Stack Developer at Code Yellow (Eindhoven), you’ll work full-time on scalable web applications—from concept to production—with real ownership and big impact.

What you'll do:

Develop and improve complex and challenging business applications with a talented team (Javascript/React + Python/Django + PostgreSQL)
Write sustainable, well-tested code and contribute to our component library and restart contributions to open-source work
Collaborate with customers, UX/designers and operations: from architecture through deployment and monitoring
Act as a coach and sparring partner for more junior developers, help build a strong engineering culture
Abstract functionalities and new libraries and add these to the INCNEOVA App Engine

Your profile:

3+ years (medior) or 5+ years (senior) experience in complex web application development
Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and React; experience with server-side frameworks (Python / Django / Flask or similar); database experience (PostgresQL)
Experience with TDD/automated testing, CI/CD and pragmatic infrastructure knowledge (Docker, Kubernetes or similar)
Product-oriented, pragmatic, with an eye for clean code and scalability, but also understanding the importance of nailing the essence of an application
Interested in A.I. and new technologies, not dependent on A.I.
University education level (TU/e or TUD are a pre)
You must already hold a valid working permit for employment in the Netherlands
A GitHub profile or portfolio is a plus
